Order terms

20% of the order total is due for the order to be processed. If the order is cancelled within one week, this will be refunded in full.

The balance of the order is due before the order is shipped to the customer. If the order is cancelled after one week but before the item is shipped the down payment will be refunded less 5% of the order total to cover administrative costs.

Once the order is received, the customer may return the items any time before 30 days in working and saleable condition at the customers expense. The customer will receive a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.

Right to cancel:

• You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 1 week of ordering your goods. Your 20% Down payment will be returned in full. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which may be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice).

• Your purchase price less taxes, shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be refunded once all items are received in good working and saleable order. Items sent out for review are exempt from this policy.
• Please note that the certain state and provincial laws laws forbid the return of certain goods.

• The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.

Data protection:

• We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the Federal data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the teleservices protection law.
